Jenapher Lin is an associate attorney at Santoro Whitmire.
Ms. Lin received her bachelors degree in political science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). She earned her juris doctorate degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV, attending school on an academic scholarship. During law school, Ms. Lin worked as a research assistant to Professor Jeffrey W. Stempel, a law clerk at a commercial litigation firm, and an extern at the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada.
Upon graduating from Boyd, Ms. Lin clerked for the Honorable James C. Mahan, United States District Judge for the District of Nevada. As a judicial law clerk, Ms. Lin worked closely with Judge Mahan as his honor presided on district court matters and sat by designation on several cases pending before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Her clerkship responsibilities included overseeing criminal and civil trials over which Judge Mahan presided and managing one-half of the courts docket, which consisted of hundreds of active criminal and civil cases.
Ms. Lin is a member of the Nevada Bar, Federal Bar Association, National Justice Association, and Public Interest Law Association. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and fantasy football.
